administrative command prompt from task manager

If you’ve killed explorer.exe and need an administrative command prompt follow these steps:

1. Click “Show processes from all users”
2. Click “file” “new task” “run”
3. Type in “cmd.exe”
4. Check the box “Create this task with Administrative Privledges”
