manangeengine service desk plus won’t start
Recently I attempted to install manangeengine service desk plus but was unable to start it after install. This happened on windows server 2008, 2003, and xp.
After trying on three different servers the solution was to:
- Uninstall the product
- turn off my windows firewall
- unblock the .exe (right click on .exe -> (from popup menu select “properties”) – > in bottom right corner of property window select “unblock”
- Install Again
